Refuse To Be Pushed Away
Jan 16, 2023
Dear Parent,
If you are struggling in small every day ways with your child, remember this: Our children often sabotage our attempts at creating a safe, fun, playful, loving, family life with them. They act out to push you away. Before long if you let them, there might be little enjoyable time together at all.
Your parenting job is to go slow, persist, and refuse to let the air go cold between you and your challenged child. They are unconscious about what they are doing. Play anyway.
Get respite to rejuvenate your spirit and resolve to be the change you want to see in your child.
Love matters,
Ce
